Communication was also amazing (same day response to emails, less than two hours for txt messages-most times txt message response would be within 15 minutes). We were unable to answer right away and so Danny texted us and emailed us as well, but through all avenues of communication he was careful to explain he was not at all trying to seem pushy, but that he just liked to use multiple methods in case we didn't use all of them as much. We liked that about him, the fact that he took time to even explain his communication methods, so we met with Danny for coffee at Starbucks to just chat about what it is we were looking for in a house. From there Danny set us up with an amazing website tool that alerted us as soon as a house that matched our criteria was available. The house we ended up buying l texted Danny the day of if we could see it because it had just come back on the market and we knew it would sell fast. We did a walk through, and then put an offer on it that same day, and that's when we really began to see just how helpful Danny was. He advised us on everything (and if he didn't, we asked him to and he gladly did!) because it was our first time. From then on I had a LOT of questions for Danny and texted/called him a ton trying to understand something or work something out. My husband and I trusted Danny's advice for pretty much every step of the homebuying process and everything worked out perfectly.
